Q. How long does delivery take?
- A. Delivery within Ireland, Europe & America takes 2-3 working days and rest of the world 5 days. Please note during busy times delivery times may vary.

- A. The manufacturing country is stated on each product. We use state of the art factories in China.
Q. Are all of the products Cruelty Free?
- A. Yes, all of our products are 100% Cruelty Free in line with all EU Regulations.
Q. Are all of the products Vegan Friendly?
- A. Yes, all of our products are 100% Vegan Friendly.
Q. Why is there no glue supplied with the lashes?
- A. This is to keep the cost of the lashes down and also we recognise that Duo Glue is the industry winner in lash glue!
Q. The product I received is faulty or damaged. What can I do?
- A. If this happens, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number plus an image of the condition of the product when you received it.
Q. How long will a refund take?
- A. Refunds could take up to 14 days to process and for the money to appear into your bank Account.
Q. How much does it cost to return an item?
- A. Unfortunately, we do not cover item return costs and the risks involved are your own.The only exception to this is if the error was on our side.
Q. I’ve changed my mind and want to return my item, what can I do
- A.Unfortunately we do not refund any items that have been opened or the seal has been broken on. We also cannot exchange or refund any of our lip products, face products, false eyelashes and tools due to health and safety. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly sent items where your statutory rights are unaffected. If the product is unopened and has not been tampered with you can email us on email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

- A. We deliver all over the world. However, delivery outside of Ireland carries varied shipping costs that are listed below.
- Ireland - €5
- Northern Ireland - €8
- United Kingdom - €8
- USA - €20
- Rest of world - €20- 25
Q. How can I track my order online?
- A. As soon as your order has been shipped we will send you an email with your tracking information. We use An Post as our carrier so your tracking number can be tracked by inputting the number to the An Post website. An Post will send you an update prior to your order being delivered. If you have any queries in relation to your orders whereabouts please contact An Post directly once you have received your shipping confirmation from KASH Beauty.
Q. What are your dispatch times?
- Our team aims to dispatch your next day delivery order before 1pm Monday to Friday. Our Courier collection days are also Monday to Friday. Please note next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday and is not in place on Friday as couriers do not guarantee delivery over the weekend.
Q. Are your products hypoallergenic ?
- Although our products undergo rigorous testing procedures to reduce reactions, we cannot assume that it’s impossible for reactions to occur based on a number of different personal circumstances. Sometimes a change in environment, skincare, medicine or diet can impact your skin when combined with cosmetics.
We would always recommend conducting a patch test 24-48 hours prior to first use and consult our ingredient list to confirm there are no known allergies to any of these ingredients.
If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.
