Refund policy

Whether your order is faulty or non-faulty we will accept the product back within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Faulty: If you have received a product that is faulty we will replace this within 7 working days on receipt of your order. 

Non-Faulty: If you have a change of mind on the product we will only take back the product if the packaging has been unopened or undamaged.  . We also cannot exchange or refund any of our lip products, face products, false eyelashes and tools due to health and safety. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly sent items where your statutory rights are unaffected. If the product is unopened and has not been tampered with you can email us on customerservice@kashbeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Postage - We will not incur the cost of postage on a non-faulty item only on a faulty item.
